Cant update password on MS office 365 outlook

Comcast required me to update my password recently and now I can't use my desktop email (Office 365 outlook).   I get the message "Something went wrong and Outlook couldn't save your account settings. Please try again".    I'm using IMAP/SMTP.  What changed.

 

I'm able to get email on my iphone using the updated password.

 

Other accounts in my family are having the same issue.
