How are you trying to send the email?  Are you using only the Xfinity webmail UI and a browser?  Or a desktop client?  An email app on a smartphone?

I also send a group of 90 emails twice and the third time I got the policy violation message. I am using Apple Mail on an iMac.

user_ebl5zl Thank you for reaching out. Do you get the exact same error message or code as well? Do you have any issues if you use the Xfinity website directly instead of the Apple mail?

This happened again today. I break my emails into groups of about 75 addresses. After I sent 2 emails, I got the violation notice. I waited an hour and then I was able to send the third email.

@XfinityVianney

Same for me. I sent two groups of 90 and then got the same error message. I can't use the Xfinity website to send my group mail, since I don't have the groups in my contacts there. This problem just started about a month ago.

I sent one group email to 90 addressees and it went out.  I tried a second to 22 addressees and received this notice:

(451 - 451 4.2.0 bhBVsmkrvxKkQbhBVsX5jC policy violation, try again later (DFTD).   What is going on?   I can't even send to one addressee.

NOT HELPFUL AT ALL ! !   I want to send to 6 different groups and none are bigger than 90 people and I keep getting that policy violation notice.  For what I pay each month I should be able to send out this once a month to my community.  Can someone let me know how this can be fixed       [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I was forced to change my password. Then I had to change the password in in mail settings on my iPad. Fine. Except now I can only receive messages. I’ve retyped the new password several times in the smtp server password field, but it wont work. I can log in to xfinity so I know I’m using the correct new password. please help!
