Can’t send email from client app from my home, non-Xfinity WiFi.
I’ve been unable to send emails from Outlook 2024 on Windows, or Apple’s mail app on my iPhone or iPad this afternoon, from my (non-Xfinity) home WiFi network. I can send emails from my iPhone with the WiFi turned off.
i’ve had problems in the past with Xfinity cutting off my receiving emails in my home network, and sometimes with sending or receiving. This is the first time it has been just sending. Each time, there was apparently some kind of software flaw on xfinity’s end. Is that happening again?
6 hours later.
The problem mysteriously ended. 🤷🏼♂️

18 hours later. Can’t send from Outlook for Windows or iPhone mail clients again.
Outlook 2024 reports:
“Sending reported error (0x800CCC0F): The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your service administrator or internet service provider (ISP).”

Hey there, bammo, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your email account. I know how important it is to have your email up and working as I rely on my email for all my important messages. You have reached the right place to troubleshoot. Have you noticed any changes or are you still getting the same error?
