Thanks for reaching out—let’s get to the bottom of this together. If you’re able to send emails but not receive them, and you’ve already checked your filters and rules (great thinking by the way), there are just a few more things we can double-check on your end before we dive in deeper.
First, try signing into your email from a different device or browser, just to rule out a browser caching issue. If that works, clearing your cache or trying incognito mode might do the trick.
Also, double-check your storage—if your inbox is full, it can silently block incoming messages. You can do this by looking at your mailbox quota info, usually found in your settings.
If you’ve tried all that and things still aren’t coming through, it could be something we need to take a closer look at from our side. Let us know how it goes!
