Hi there! Sorry you’re running into this, we know how frustrating it is when emails just stop coming through.

 

Let’s try a few quick things to narrow it down:

 

First, check your Spam/Junk and any other folders (like Promotions or Updates) just in case messages are being filtered there.

 

Next, make sure your mailbox isn’t full. If it’s at or near capacity, new emails won’t be delivered.

If you’re using an email app (like Outlook or your phone’s mail app), try logging in directly through webmail at xfinity.com to see if messages show up there. That helps tell us if it’s an app issue vs. the mailbox itself.

 

Also take a look at your filters or blocked senders list. Sometimes rules get created that automatically move or block incoming messages.

 

If you can, try sending a test email to yourself or have someone send you one and let us know what happens. If it doesn’t come through, let us know the error (if any) the sender receives.

 

If none of that fixes it, we can take a closer look with you, but this will help us pinpoint what’s going on first
