With being unable to access your Xfinity Email, are you able to successfully access your Xfinity account and billing page? If you recently took part in our Yahoo Mail transition, you will now need to begin accessing your comcast.net address by visiting Yahoo Mail for continued access. Could you please provide us more information on what is taking place when you attempt to sign in?

Using a third party email app?

Getting any error messages?

Have you been migrated to Yahoo! Mail?
