Can't login to a 2nd email account

When logged to my primary account the second one has an exclamation mark on it and then a popup message shows:

Error

The provided login data to access mail server imap.comcast.net seem to be wrong. Please correct them.
But everything is correct, it has the same settings as the primary account.
This problem has been going for several days and I couldn't find a solution.
Thanks

What client are you using?  Try deleting the account from it, then re-create it from scratch.

@Latoque

Hi,

I tried that but didn't worked. I am using eMClient Pro 9.

Unfortunately the problem is over the browser too, I mean the Comcast Email account site and I can't passes it.

@XfinityJennifer

Sorry, but it doesn't help!

My primary account works just fine with eMClient and comcast webmail.

But I can't sign in to the secondary account on webmail or eMClient, it keep giving the error mentioned on my first post.

If I try to reset password it goes around to the same problem.
