cant log in to email

I cannot log into my comcast email account. i cant sent or receive emails. I need help immediately

How are you accessing your email?  Are you trying to log in to webmail or using a third party email app?  Error messages?  What are they?

Can you give us more detail about the problem you're having logging in to your email?  Details help us understand the problem you're having.  Webmail?  A third party email app?  Error messages?

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite  <----- try here.  If this doesn't work, post back in this thread.
Just an FYI, if you are a new Comcast/Xfinity customer, you won't have an email address with Comcast; they stopped issuing them in June 2025.  All you will have is an Xfinity ID.

You have stated that you cannot access your email account.  Can you please tell us what program, app, or website you are trying to use that is not letting you access your email? 

Without an understanding of what is causing your issue, it makes it very difficult to diagnose it and give you valuable feedback on how to resolve it. 

If you are trying to access a comcast.net email address, you would need to go to https://connect.xfinity.com, sign in with your Xfinity ID then click the Email Icon in the top-right corner. 

If you do not remember your password, and need to reset it, you may go to https://xfinity.com/password to reset your password. 

If you are using a third party app such as Outlook or Thunderbird or Bluemail and are having difficulties with the programs themselves, please reach out to the program authors for assistance. 

Please provide us additional details, but do refrain from posting personal information for the protection of your own privacy.  We would be happy to continue to assist. 😀 💯
