What are you doing over at xfinity? I can't get into an email I've had for years!

My LLC business account is ALL xfinity!!! I spend several thousand dollars in "xfinity" alone each year. I can't get into my older (personal) account to pay certain bills, and keep up with old accounts. If I can't get it back like it was, I'll drop xfinity this week and go with another carrier!!! Angry doesn't begin to describe how I'm feeling right now!

First off, you should never have used residential email for your business.  Comcast has a business portal where you could have had a business email account.

If you want a good email address that also contains your domain for your business check out Google Workspace and check out the Pricing tab.  And, this will probably give you a good alternative since Comcast is migrating all email to Yahoo! Mail.

I don't know why you can't get into your older email because you don't give details [only rant] but try here:

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite  if that doesn't work, post back here with more details.  [But NOT your email address since posting personal identifying information on a public board is against the Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.]

"[only rant]" I pay for a service that isn't producing what it said it would. This isn't supposed to be difficult, and now the simplest of them all seems non-existent. ...but thanks for making the change easier.  Good bye!

First, let say, "I DO NOT HAVE PERSONAL AND BUSINESS COMBINED!!!" I have been with this service so long , I thought why not use them for my business too? It seemed logical to do this a few years ago, so I signed up with xfinity for (separate account) business also! Even with all the trouble we have with it, I stayed. Now, I tried to log onto my personal account, chat with my elderly mom, check some emails, etc, and can't get in it!!! (...insert angry face again)! What [Edited: "Profanity"] am I even paying for. It's amazing how the bill is ALWAYS on time and the service is mediocre, at best. This is not "convenient" any more!!! It may take a minute, but I'll have their system taken out, and a new vendor replace it. You wouldn't believe how many better offers come down the pike all the time, and I'm ready to listen to them, ...and so are our sister companies/brands!!!
