Can't get in to email

I cannot get into my email.  It keeps circling around.  Come on, really, I used to hit and in 1 click get in.  Now I have to get 3-7 codes from Z|Xfinity and still get nothing.  Should I just quit this email or what?  How to make it easy on computer to sign in.

We appreciate you meeting us here in our community, @user_v7ses6. It sounds like you are having an issue logging into your email account. We're sorry to hear it's been an issue, but I can say the additional steps are to keep your account secure. Have you attempted to clear cache and cookies to clear the history? Have you tried on a different browser?

To sign in to your Xfinity Email on a desktop, follow these steps:

  1. Visit connect.xfinity.com.
  2. Enter your Xfinity ID and click "Let's go."
  3. Enter your password and click "Sign In."
  4. Approve the sign-in attempt via push notification, facial recognition, one-touch fingerprint ID, or a traditional verification code.

The same thing is happening to me, sends me on a continuous loop over and over. Until yesterday I could just click on a XfinEmail shortcut on my laptop screen and it took me straight to log in page and the page worked. I've cleared cache/temporary files, restarted computer etc, but nothing works!

How are you putting a short cut on your laptop?  Sometimes shortcuts need to be updated.

@user_8u07h5 thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. I know the importance of being able to access your email from your computer. I see one of our awesome Forum experts @Again provided some helpful steps that can help fix what you're describing is happening:

- Clear your cookies and cache.

- Sign out of your account.

- Close down your browser.

- Start a new session.

From experience, I've also found that using an incognito window is another helpful option if you haven't tried logging into your email through an incognito browser. This is my typical go to if Chrome or Safari (private browsing) when my regular browsers are having issues.

- Have you tried any of the steps outlined above?
