Can't access Yahoo mail

Was told by Yahoo that my email that migrated from Comcast can not be verified, tried since May 4 with no luck. Was sent a link from Yahoo for picture of Drivers License and selfie, have done this 3 times already and keep getting the same answer from a Yahoo rep. "account can not be verifiedand to try again later" No help from Xfinity or Yahoo

Hello, @Anon176533. Thank you for making us aware that you're having this verification issue with your Comcast email. I would be more than happy to review your account to see what we can do to help resolve this problem. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

I been having trouble accessing my email (comcast.net) since it linked with Yahoo.  This was not a good merger.  It is NOT easier nor more convenient.  Makes me long for the "You've Got Mail" days.

Are you signing in with your comcast.net credentials?

Same here... I did get a notification but not sufficient.  Unbelievable that Comcast did this and no help from Xfinity.  Talking in circles for hours.  Truly, don't know what to do.

What do you mean, "I did get a notification but not sufficient"?  If you got notification and you moved to Yahoo! Mail, you'll need to contact Yahoo for help.

Hi there, @user_15b47c! Could you elaborate on the notification you received? Also, as @Again pointed out, once you've migrated to Yahoo, they would be the contact point for support. More details can be found here : https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN36803.html
