Can't access my email

I've tried to connect from various devices over the past couple weeks and at first I could occasionally get to my email. Over the past week I have been unable to get access to my account despite trying multiple times. I have cleared the cache on my devices, tried different browsers and I either get time out errors where I can't even get to the site or I can get to the email site and told there's been an error and to try again later.

I only have email access at this point as comcast/Xfinity doesn't provide services where I now live.

Hello there! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with accessing your account. Just to confirm, you no longer have Xfinity services right?

Correct, I  only have, or at least had, email from when I was a paying customer.

Are you getting a specific error when attempting to sign in?

I no longer work for Comcast.

I either get a message that the server took to long to respond, or if I actually manage to make it to the email site I get "something went wrong, try again" and server not reachable

Yep. I've reset my router and modem a couple of times since this started
