Cannot Send email To Charter Account, Receive Mail OK When using Xfinity
I am unable to send email to my charter.com account while in my Xfinity serviced home in Florida. I can receive email OK to my charter account. If I turn off my xfinity network, I can send email okay through the cellular network. I can also send email OK when I use the open wifi in our area's community center, which holds an xfinity account. But, sadly, when at home, I cannot send mail. It is blocked. I'm sure this has something to do with something called a PTR but I'm not an expert. Thank you. Pat.

@user_0221eb Could you send me a DM with the details of your sending address, and the receiving address? I presume you're not actually sending to charter.com but actually charter.net, but I want to clarify what you're seeing. Thanks
