Cannot access email
We are former xfinity users who kept our comcast emails. All has worked well for over a year and we could access both of the email accounts We had with comcast addresses. Today we were unable yo access either a count through our Samsung email app on our phones, it kept asking for password, but would not allow sign in. We went through all troubleshooting and finally were able to add back one account. When attempting to add back the second account, we were prompted to change pw. It would not allow us to change bc there was no phone # connected with email. We are u able to log in to our account ount email to add that.

Good morning @user_73d15c, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the password for the email, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Is the Xfinity ID for the email that you are having the issue with a secondary user? If it is, if you log into the primary user ID on the Xfinity web page, and go to account and identity and scroll down to the account users, you should see an option to select the secondary user and change the password.
