Cannot access email

We are former xfinity users who kept our comcast emails. All has worked well for over a year and we could access  both of the email accounts We had with comcast addresses. Today we were unable yo access either a count through our Samsung email app on our phones, it kept asking for password,  but would not allow sign in. We went through all troubleshooting and finally were able to add back one account. When attempting to add back the second account, we were prompted to change pw. It would not allow us to change bc there was no phone # connected with email. We are u able to log in to our account ount email to add that.
