cannot access email outside of the united states
Hi - seen a few questions like this but no answers. I live in the U.S. and am on a trip overseas. I cannot access my Comcast email on Spark. I DEFNITELY have my Xfinity security set to allow third party email systems to access my email so that is not the problem.
I logged out of Spark. When I try to log in using either of my 2 Comcast emails, it says "Can't add an account? Check our help page for a possible solution." those solutions don't help for me.
Spark is working for the Comcast emails on my laptop.
Any thoughts?
