Setting Up a Filter Rule
  • Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
  • Select Email Settings.
  • On the left-hand menu under Mail, click Filter Rules.
  • Click Add new rule.
  • Name your rule (e.g., the sender's name or "Block").
  • Under conditions, set it to From contains and enter the unwanted email address.
  • Under actions, choose Discard (to delete it completely) or Move to Spam.
  • Click Save.
