Blacklisted AGAIN. This is now 3 days in a row

After being "fixed" by Security Level 2 twice, my IP Is blacklisted Again. I can not receive emails on iphone or mac with email clients. I need this fixed. Has worked flawless since I moved to new location on May 15 2025.

I hope that XFINITY can once and for all fix this. I have no idea what is causing this and a quick search seems to be a common issue wiht no resolutions.

yes, the web works. Supposedly, the Level 2 support has again sent a "signal" to the servers to clear the blacklist. I am not holding my breath, as this is now the third time in 3 days.

I live in a community and using their routers etc. It is an apartment complex so i have no access to routers etc.

I am glad to hear that there are no issues when using the online web portal @user_frtcb9. If you are experience issuing when using a third-party email client, we recommend deleting the email profile within the settings and create a new email profile using the following settings on our 'Set up your Xfinity Email address with an email program' support page.

it is on two machines and 2 iphones, it is not the profile.
