Hi,

How many email addresses can be put into the BCC line?  Is there a limit?

Thanks,

Deborah

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your questions here. For your comcast.net email box, an email message can be sent to a maximum of 100 recipients. Any messages sent to over 100 recipients will not be delivered. This includes cc'ed and bcc'ed recipients. For additional information about Xfinity email sending limits and blocked file extensions, see here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/limitations-on-sending-email

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

@XfinityJessie

Thank you for your answer.  I am not sending out anywhere near 100 recipients.  Up until May 25, 2023 the BCC recipients were receiving my Comcast emails.  After that none of the BCC recipients have received my emails.  I sent the email to about 40 BCC recipients.  Why are they not receiving them now?  What changed?

Thanks again,

Deborah

Thank you for those details @user_1332d0. Are you sending the email using an email client like Outlook or are you signed in to the Xfinity site?

Thank you for clarifying!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
