Attempting to enter Comcast email redirects me to homepage

Whenever I attempt to enter my Comcast email, I am redirected to the homepage. I see that others have had this issue before and require assistance in this matter.

I had attempted to access my email through the web version and the Xfinity app but was unable to access it.

Skinnybonz, thanks for clarifying! Have you tried on multiple devices and are you having the same issue or is it just with a specific device?
