Are Comcast outgoing email servers down as of 6:30pm EDT on 3/12/25?

Neither I nor wife can send emails via our comcast.net addresses.  We both keep getting error messages that servers did not accept our attempted sends.  This has been happening periodically over last couple weeks. Settings have not changed and are still correct.  Any insights?
