Anyway to get my old Xfinity/Comcast email accounts back after yahoo conversion?

iPhone user here. I did the suggested conversion about 2 months ago, with the understanding that I would lose access if I didn't. When I did the conversion I had to create two new accounts in my iphone, and the old ones since they did not connect kept giving me errors so I deleted them. About a week later I realized my notes for those accounts were also deleted. And they do not move over with the 'new' yahoo accounts. There was some very important information in those notes that I really need to get back. I tried to add those old accounts back to my iPhone, but since I did the conversion they will not connect using the passwords that I used then.

Is there anyway to convert my email back to the xfinity/comcast email, and then I log in to those accounts and then capture the lost notes? I am pretty sure the notes are all saved under my primary email, but I would like access to both of them so I can be sure I get all of the info I am looking for.

Thanks in advance.

Nowhere in or on that page does it say anything about losing my Apple notes associated with the account. When I first got the email from Comcast they made it seem like you absolutely had to do this. Of course, reading that page says I did not have to do it. I wish Comcast would’ve been clear and what would’ve happened when this occurred. There are items in those notes that are absolutely critical to me and now they’re lost forever. I really wish Comcast could convert me back to their platform and get away from yahoo altogether.

Signed very dissatisfied Comcast customer.

Hello, desi58! We’ve chosen to partner with Yahoo Mail to provide customers with a comcast.net email the ability to upgrade their email account to Yahoo Mail for a better email experience at no extra cost. If you choose to upgrade to Yahoo Mail, your email address, messages, folders and contacts will stay the same. Yahoo Mail provides a ton of great features, including enhanced security, smart and intuitive calendar features, AI-driven tools to streamline your inbox management, and a mobile app so you can stay connected on the go. The upgrade to Yahoo Mail does not impact any paid services customers may have with Xfinity. Once you accept Yahoo terms of service, Yahoo Mail will become your email provider, and you will only be able to access your comcast.net email via the Yahoo Mail platform.
