Address book duplicates

Looking in my address book, I find that virtually all my addresses are duplicated.  Why is this and how can I correct it, easily?  Removing the duplicate addresses seems to be only possible one at a time and that is very tedious.

Hello, @LCH_NH thank you for reaching out regarding the duplicate entries for your address book. Are you looking at your email online on our site or via and email client like Apple Mail or Outlook?

Thank you for your follow up.

I am using XFinity Connect to view my email and address book.  So that would be on your site.

You might want to check on your posts shortly after making them.  If a customer hasn't responded to their post, especially when an Official Employee responds, the thread is closed and you would have to start all over again in a new thread.  😉

Thank you for providing that update @LCH_NH! Have you synced your email to any other social media networks like Facebook or Twitter? The duplicate contacts could be from those social sites if you had them synced up with your email. If you got to the Setting (gear icon in the top right-hand corner) and then go to Email Settings> Accounts do you only have your email account listed or are any other profiles listed there?
