Acronis True Image 2020 POP email notification settings

I have begun to use Acronis True Image 2020 for full system backups.  I would like to set up email notifications, but the settings I use with my desktop do not work.  I use POP and not IMAP.

There is one other older entry on this topic, but I am unable to see the complete reply.

Has anyone done this with a recent version of Acronis True Image?

I have tried Acronis tech support, but they are very slow to reply.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have all my settings recorded for my desktop, laptop, cell phone, and IPad.  They all work.

I have Windows 10 Pro and Outlook 2007.

I fixed the problem.  I have 587 as  the port and TSL as the encyrption.

That worked.

What are your POP3 settings?

The settings I have for Genie Backup Manager 9 :

SMTP Server:  smtp.comcast.net

Port:  465  with SSL

From:  my email with comcast.

To:  my email with comcast.

This works with two different backup jobs.

Acronis tech support wants me to use the same settings,  but the test email notification fails.
