A month of emails disappeared from my inbox

All of a sudden, the last month of emails have disappeared from my inbox. I desperately need these emails back. Can anyone help me?

All,

This morning’s issue affecting customers’ ability to send/receive their Xfinity email has been addressed. You should now be able to use your service as you would normally, including seeing any missing emails. If you continue to experience these issues, please let us know.

I am only getting emails from just a few people since @ April 8th.  How can I get my emails again?  I have gone to Xfinity in York PA twice and Xfinity in Manahawken, NJ once and they can't help me.  I also went to Geek Squad, and they referred me back to Xfinity because they said that this is an Xfinity issue.  What should I do.  I don't want to stop using Xfinity, but is that the answer?

Agreed!  My inbox (and any subfolders) reverted back to what was in them on 1/3 and anything more recent than that is gone!!!  I need those back!

I'm getting the same issue.  Everything from 9:55AM today thru 10:53PM 1/7 are gone.

Follow-up - Looks like emails are now repopulating into my inbox.  Server crash and now a recovery at Comcast looks like.

I have the same issue.  Only emails for 2024 are loading into my inbox. All others from previous years are not loading.  Customer service has tried to restore the missing emails 3 times and have only been able to retrieve those from December 2023, including ones that I had placed in the Junk folder (which I didn't want).  I'm trying to get the case escalated to a higher level department, but was told it may take up to 72 hours for a call back.  The problem started for me on Jan 9, 2024 after I was required to change my password. That's when all the prior year emails disappeared.

I have the same problem of not receiving emails since mid-February 2024. For some reason my spam folder is receiving some spam email.
