I was sent a [Edited: "Language"] phone be comcast, but was told it couldnt be returned, i had to go thru Moto. Moto told me i haad to deal with xfinity. I knew it was going to be [Edited: "Language"] then. Xfinity told me couldnt return phone cause it was past 2 weeks, eveeen though motos warranty was 1 year. Comcast knew the phones were defective thats why they lowered warranty to 2 weeks. The buttons had fallen off the phone, it was unusable and I wasn't about to pay to haave a phone fixed after having it 2 weeks. I cancelledservice for times thru your support team in Bangladesh or wherever, and was told on 5 occasions service would be cancelled, which it never was. contacted better business bureau, corporate said mail phone back, customer service said I'm stuck with it since it was past 2 weeks. I told them I'm throwing phone in trash, I'm not paying for it or the bill. This has to be the worse company in America, I'm so [Edited: "Language"] I'm shaking writing this. This company needs to putas much effort in their customers as they do with all the [Edited: "Language"] ads. Everything leads to a [Edited: "Language"] ad, or that [Edited: "Language"] worthless bot. I"M NOT PAYING THAT BILL !!! [Edited: "Inflammatory"] How are you going to force me to accept a product that doesnt work? And then have me go around in endless circles trying to resolve the problem. Plus, aa $35 restocking fee to send your piece of craap back to you? your out of your [Edited: "Language"] minds. I know you don't [Edited: "Language"] about your customers since gov't has set all of you up with mini monopolies, aaand know that most people have to deal with you. I'm searching for alternatives so I don't have to deaal with this company in any shape or form. And your company has the nerve to ask would I recommend this company to someone else, [Edited: "Language"] NO!! I wouldn't recommend it to my enemies. I'm not trying to contact anyone else about this problem, I'm thru with your extortion tactics, blocking your emails. [Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"].
