Xfnity Rewards
I have received a promotional email from xfinity rewards. I used the promo code to buy a new IPhone 15 but post order submission the automated process to verify my credentials was failed and order subsequently got cancelled.
when i am tried to place new order with same promo I get message as "
The code you entered has been used". I reached out to customer care over chat and phone but they only repeat that coupon code is not reusable.
Looking for some help to reach right team to resolve this issue.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
