xfinitys refusal to give me a transfer pin or allow me to file any complaints
so out of nowhere my phone stops working, well only the xfinity cell service(my esim). after trouble shooting for going on 5 days now with no cell service whatsoever, and being treated very poorly by customer service and had them literally playing games with me and wasting my time I AM DONE! so all i need is my transfer pin but the only option xfinity is giving me is to get one through their app which wants to send it to me over text to my none working phone. ive called and spent hours upon hours just to be jerked around . and have basically been told theres nothing they or i can do about it. this is ridiculous and so i try to file a complaint and they refuse to give me any contact information to do that. the fallout from me not having my phone for this amount of time is to much to get into here. but xfinity now holding my number hostage is unethical and illegal. so what you want to do about it

@Ndubg I am sorry to hear that your services are not working for you at this time. Have you visited a store to see if you are able to get a physical SIM card? Are you able to connect to WiFi and get your pin that way?

Esims have been failing for lots of south west washington state customers and possible more areas as well. i personally havent had service for the past 5 days and they havent been able to fix it. now theyre holding my number hostage and wont give me a transfer pin so i can change carriers because theyre having issues with their network. only option theyve given me is to have the transfer pin sent by text to my , maybe you can guess it, my none working [Edited: "Profanity"] phone number. gee thanks xfinity. theyve given me no other option and their customer service is horrible and a total waste of time A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. HOURS AND DAYS THAT ILL NEVER GET BACK
