Xfinity Voicemail App - Audio Not Available
Recently when I go to to the voicemail app (Xfinity Mobile service on Samsung S22) to listen to my voicemail messages I see "audio not available. Pull down to refresh." The voicemail message has been transcribed and I can listen to it if I dial into my voicemail with the phone dialpad (very tedious), but the play button on the app is grayed out. First time I have ever had an issue. Has anyone heard of this before? Customer service told me to reinstall the app - which didn't help. Thanks!
ps: since this is a new issue, audio from old saved voicemails (before the issue started) can still be played.

I have the same problem. Comcast is absolutely the worst. They are billion dollar company and they can't fix the app. Can't wait to get rid of them in the new year.

The "advice" here to call the general xfinity phone number is of absolutely no use. I've tried and tried that number and get nowhere. They tell me you can get through to a live agent and I can never get to a live agent. In fact, if you don't respond to the robotic question in the "correct way" it wants, it disconnects your call! Like I said above, when customers are jumping ship from xfinity because of all the ways to stream now, they still do things that are extremely frustrating and maddening to their long-time customers.

Why are you changing the voicemail app on Android devices?
The Visual Voicemail app provides a better experience overall because it's integrated into newer Android devices. Also, the Visual Voicemail app is used by other wireless carriers, so this change makes switching to Xfinity Mobile even easier for new customers.
So they take away the voicemail app from current customers "so this change makes switching to Xfinity Mobile even easier for new customers." This is one way xfinity takes their long-time customers for granted.
