Xfinity Rewards/Apple Watch
Hello.
I am continuously getting the same Facebook ad for “up to $300 off an Apple Watch series 10” via Xfinity Rewards. I am a gold member however, every time I log into my rewards portal, I do not see this offer. Any ideas?

@Nvisn I see that ad also on the Xfinity Mobile web site. However, I do not see that reward either. Must be for specific rewards member tiers only. I almost fell for the bait way back when they offered a watch for free. But that locked you in for 2 years with device credits. Plus, they force an extra $10 line fee on your mobile account. Free is never free!

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
