Xfinity Receipts for all Phones being paid off with phone numbers next to each payment that was made

Going back and forth trying to get a receipt so I can get my rebate from my new provider and not having any luck. I need receipts showing each of my phones being paid off with the phone number next to them to show how much was paid for each number. How can I get this because apparently its not on our app or billing part of the website because it doesn't show your number it just shows the phone and that it's paid off. And the stores are no help.

To get started can you send us a DM with your name and address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
