Xfinity Now Mobile is horrible

I should have researched more before going with Xfinity Now Mobile before actually going with the service. I was in a bind and what seemed like a decent deal turned out absolutely horrible in the long run. The service has been [Edited: "Language"] from day 1, the device is the absolute worst Samsung I have ever used and I mean it and I say *worst* considering my s10e works a million times better then the one I got from Xfinity and it's outdated and has a cracked screen, and there is no way to upgrade device unless you want to pay full price for another bottom of the line device of their choosing which let me tell you the selection for phones on the Now Mobile that they offer is the crappiest selection of phones. Heck, even most Govt phone carriers these days seem to offer better selection. Customer service that's another joke and a half and I don't know if the Representatives aren't trained or if they are just trained to act like they have no clue what the heck your asking help with for you to explain fifty different ways until you get frustrated enough to hang up and say [Edited: "Language"] but my gosh it's just another thing you can just add to the things to dislike about the company. I'd definitely do all your researching before deciding to go with this company so you don't regret it like I have.

I am sorry to hear about the experience you have had with the NOW Mobile service, that is definitely not the experience we want you to have with the service. You mentioned that the phone that you got has a cracked screen, did it come like that?
