Xfinity mobile

My current phone is and has been a.piece.of [Edited: "Language"]. I look in Xfinity app for another phone and.it says I still.owe $36 on this phone but when I go.through the prompts of an eligible trade in Xfinity wants to charge me $50. 

Also how is it that they list so.many phones for "$0 down $0 per month until I choose one and that promotion disappears and it suddenly becomes $30 per.month! [Edited: "Profanity"]! Isn't that a "bait and switch "?
