Xfinity is dishonest company and ripped off seniors.

I have been dealing with Xfinity mobile since June. They talked to me into trading in my two phones for their phones which I did. Phone number one it was even trade-off phone number two. They said my phone was worth more and I can get a brand new one just like the one I have but newer model for $349 would be the payoff so I said OK. Days later I get the phones it took me two days to get them both programmed and workable. They sent me the boxes to send back my other phones and I did. I noticed this month my bill is more than usual and I called to ask about it. They said that I couldn’t get the promotion with the phone deal because I didn’t send them in right away. I told them the people that gave me the phone said that I had like a week or two I sent them a lot quicker than that. The fact I sent these phones on the 15th and you received them on the 17th. But you told me it was too late for the promotion. I sent these phones two days after you sent my phones. I don’t understand. I tried to speak to somebody about it and then their supervisor and I would like to make a complaint to the supervisor. His name was Ahmed, his number [Edited: "Personal Information"]]. He was rude to me and told me the same thing that the other lady told me he couldn’t change it so now I owe $992 for one phone and $535 for the other. They did set my phones back and I didn’t understand why and I was calling them about that because I still have them on boxes. They said they sent boxes to send the phones back, but this Ahmed guy says oh no don’t send the back. You’re still not gonna get the promotion. I’m gonna fix income. I can’t afford this. Something needs to be done. I want to complaint. They should not be doing business like this. I’m gonna report it to the BBB and whatever institutions I have, I don’t know Xfinity out on my phone.
