Xfinity emailed saying I could get a newer phone at no charge, then Customer Service told me No!!

Received an email about changing phones, getting a newer phone for zero dollars, then when I tried to do it, I would be adding 20 some dollars to the bill for my phone, got through to an agent, he told me I was eligible but since my phone was paid off, I would be charged to replace the phone, I guess I'll keep the phone.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
