Was Email removed from the Xfinity app (iPhone)?
Was the Email option removed from the Xfinity app (iPhone)? Until today, it was always one of the choices across the top of the home page.
The choices shown now are Mobile data usage; Xfinity Mobile billing; Manage billing; Internet data usage; Streaming & TV help; Account and identity; Two-step verification; and WiFi hotspots. The Email option was always there before -- even though the order of the choices would change (based on usage patterns?)
It was convenient to access my Comcast email in the app (rather than having to switch over to Safari and access it there). Please bring the Email option back to the app or, if there is some way I can change settings to do so myself, let me know how. Thanks.
EDIT: A couple hours later Check Email is back in the list of choices. It's the second choice. I wonder if it reappeared because your system was aware I had recently used email (through Safari). I hadn't checked on my phone in weeks until today. But when I travel I use that feature of the app a lot.

Hi @Rick441 , I am glad that you are taking full advantage of the" What would you like to do today" feature within the Xfinity app. It surely comes in handy for those day-to-day tasks if you're a Xfinity app warrior like myself. Thank you for sharing with us that the option did return for you, but I must mention that I think it is slightly quicker to just set up a bookmark for the https://connect.xfinity.com website. Either way absolutely works, but I would test things out if you get bored. We appreciate you taking some time out of your day to hang out in the community forums with us! 😀
