Urgent Request: Assistance with Itemized Bill for Paid-Off Device

I’ve been facing with obtaining an itemized bill for a device I purchased and have fully paid off. Despite repeated efforts—spending over eight days communicating with the online support team and visiting the store six times—I have not been provided with the necessary documentation.

Each time, I’ve been assured that I would receive the bill via email or that it would be available in-store, but unfortunately, those promises have not been fulfilled. The reference numbers shared with me during these interactions have not helped when I follow up, and I find myself stuck in an endless loop without resolution.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter and obtaining the itemized bill I am rightfully owed.

Yes, Statement section has only bill which shows service cost. I dont see anything related to device.

i am trying to get itemised bill to submit to my other service provider

Thanks for clarifying, depending on when you paid the device off will warrant how far you can go back on your billing statement when accessing through the Xfinity app,  those statements will have your charges of the device if you were making payment on the device.  I recommend you reach directly out to our awesome Xfinity mobile agent via https://www.xfinity.com/support/mobile or 1-888-936-4968 to see if they can create a ticket to e-mail you the specific information you're looking for in regards to the device payoff of your mobile device
