Urgent Escalation: Missing Payoff Receipt for iPhone 17 Pro - Account Reference Required

Dear Xfinity Management Support Team,
I am writing to formally request immediate assistance regarding a missing financial receipt, following an unacceptable customer service experience.
On April 23, 2026, I made a full payment of $825.01 to Xfinity to finalize the payoff for my iPhone 17 Pro. Despite the successful transfer of funds, Xfinity has failed to provide a formal transaction receipt.
For the past several days, I have been continuously redirected between your retail store locations and phone-based customer care agents. Neither entity has accepted ownership of this issue, resulting in an exhausting and circular support experience.
To resolve this matter, I require an official PDF receipt that explicitly displays:
  • The exact transaction date (April 23, 2026).
  • The total payment amount ($825.01).
  • The specific product name (iPhone 17 Pro) and associated IMEI or device identifier showing the device is paid in full.
