Unlocking issues?!

Alright so im hoping that someone here can help me figure out what xfinitys issues are with my phone. 

I have the Samsung Galazy Z Fold 7, I brought my device through the BYOD option. So its NEVER BEEN ON DEVICE PAYMENT PLANS. EVER. 

I purchased directly FROM Samsung.com UNLOCKED.

Well, once an insurance claim had been filed to get my screen fixed. Suddenly MY PHONE IS NETWORK LOCKED TO XFINITY.

Ive tried for months talking to support about this. They all say, hmm, ywah its unlocked. 

But if i go to any other phone companies website to check compatibility, LOCKED. 

INSIDE MY SETTINGS, SAYS LOCKED. 

A phone agent 2 days ago said she unlocked fully for me, that it might take a few days. But here it is, and srill freaking locked. 

What the heck is going on?
