Unlock Paid off Pixel 9

  • I am currently outside the U.S. and need a manual carrier unlock forced on a paid-off Google Pixel 9. My account is closed, so the over-the-air signal failed.

Thanks for reaching out @user_skt1bf! Dealing with phone issues while traveling can be super stressful, but I am happy to help you sort this out. First, let's make sure the Pixel 9 is fully eligible.

Was it active on our network for at least 60 days before the account was closed?

If so, have you had a chance to check the Xfinity app? You can actually still log in with your old credentials. Try hopping into the 'Devices' section to see if it lets you request the unlock code directly!

Yes, it was active longer than 60 days. Almost two years.

Have no access to devices section, greyed out and doesn't allow me to click on it.
