Undelivered IPHONE 17 Pro Max

Ordered my phone about 3 weeks ago and was suppose to be delivered oct 1st and they never attempted to deliver and there was no update so i called UPS twice and got told the package was either stolen or Lost so i contacted Xfinity about getting a refund 3 Agents lied to me about getting a refund i waited another 1 week for my refund to hit but never did so i contacted support again and got transferred to 10 different agents and every time i get transferred i have to explain myself again they just wasted 3 hours of my day trying to explain the situation over and over again after getting transferred. This is the worse customer service ive ever experienced and this is my first time with xfinity mobile i should not have transferred services. I just want my refund Processed and the phone bill gone on my account i do not want to be paying for 1399$ phone that i did not receive and a 50$ line that i am not using please give me my refund
