unable to print return label - please answer why not
Hello, this issue appears repeatedly in the forums. I looked through a few answers and nothing is stated about the cause of the issue. I am not looking for a solution, I am looking for a root cause of the problem. Is disabling printing from email an intentional choice? If not, is a solution being worked on by Xfinity? Please do not respond to this unless you directly address my questions. Thank you.
