Trying to do an early upgrade ONLINE.
My phone has been eligible for an early upgrade for months and despite of trying for MONTHS, it still says “error occurred, try again later” I’ve called and texting with the chat thing with no help other than “go to the store” I don’t have time to go out to the store. It’s starting to get frustrating and thinking about just switching back to another carrier. Costumer service and website [Edit : Language].

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
