Transferring Phone Number to New Carrier

I'm trying to transfer one of the phone's on my account to a new carrier. I used my transfer PIN but it is currently stuck transferring the number. It's only supposed to take 30 minutes, but it has been 5 hours. Please help

Did this ever get resolved? I'm looking at coming over to Xfinity Mobile and the list of threads is quite worrying.

@user_242om9 It's been over 15 days and this customer never posted back. Which most never do when the issue resolves. Also, Xfinity Mobile has over 7.5 million subscribers. Folks only post here when they have trouble. It's a mynute number of users. When I switched over many years ago from T-Mobile, it was seamless.
