Transfer pin nightmare

Been trying to transfer number for 2 months with issues please help . Transfer pin give error I’ve called xfinity over ten times put in multiple tickets no help ?

When you say transfer, are you porting the phone numbers from one provider to another? If so, are you porting to Xfinity Mobile, or are you porting to a different provider?

same issue. been to store multiple times and given incorrect pin. None of the phone people can help, and the part of the website where you need to access it is perpetually down. Amazingly the part of the website where you need to buy a new phone works perfectly. SHADY
