trade-in value not received as shown

I switched 4 lines from previous carrier on Aug 8 and the agent showed us the trade-in value for samsung ultra 23 to be around 1100 and based on that we agreed to do trade-in with samsung ultra 25. He also told us to get theat value i must signup for premium ullimited plan.  on the day of switchover we statyed 2 beyong the closing time to get the accounts settled.  In this process, the agent forgot to add the line as premium unlimited and the trade-in value was showing as $370.  i went to the store the next day to correct the mistake and plan was switched to premuim and yet the value for trade-in was still showing $370.  when i asked the store employee of this, i was told that once the service center receives the phone the correct value will be applied.  i did not see the new value so far and i have tried to get an asnwer from the store manager or customer service and so far nothing.  i'm thinking of switching the phone to another carrier as i would get higher amount.  Its very difficult to find the right number for customer service.  i have spend more that 4 -8 hrs so far trying to get a higher amount for my trade-in and its going nowhere.  very frustrated and felt like cheated.  If i dont the higher amount for the trade-in i would for sure will switch the carrier and move all 4 lines with that.
