Trade-in issue

I need someone to resolve [Edited: Personal Information]. I’ve spent too many hours on the phone getting no where. The $175 for the returned device must be removed from my account. In addition, the Black Friday Deal of $500 off a new device must be applied. Multiple phone and chat agents have confirmed both but I’ve still received nothing. Can’t keep waiting on hold another time. Please assist.
