Trade-in device scam!
I applied for the 2024 Black Friday promotion from Xfinity which promised to give me $840 credit towards my new device. First time, I received a prepaid label from them and sent it to Assurant for the grading process. My device got denied because they sent me the wrong label with mix and match information. I complained with them and they sent me another label with correct information. This second time, I sent it again and after several months, I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I’ve been calling Xfinity multiple times only to get redirecting to India’s call center where they had no information about my case at all. It’s been half a year already and I’m no where to get what I was promised to. I just want my phone back now and cancel everything al-together so that I could move to another carrier. It’s a total scam and a complete waste of time

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
