Trade in

Traded in two iPhones in September and they were accepted for trade. Have done chats online multiple times and still have not received any credit for one of the phones. They keep promising it will get taken care of but nothing ever happens!! How do I get this fixed? Hate their customer service.

Hi there @user_6sxhnt ! Thanks for reaching out on the Community Forum about your trade in! I am not sure if it has been mentioned to you, but once Assurant has received your trade-in device in the assessed condition, promotional credits should be applied within 2-3 billing cycles. You can find more information here:  How do I trade in my old phone with Xfinity Mobile? If you are not seeing any credit on the third billing after the trade in was accepted, let us know!
