Trade In Status Not Updating
I sent my trade-in device via the Prepaid USPS label on March 6th. I received confirmation from USPS that the package was delivered to Assurant on March 18th at 9:17am. My trade-in status on Xfinity still does not even say the trade in was shipped and Assurant says the deadline to receive it is tomorrow, March 22nd. I was told by Assurant that they cannot assist me and I need to contact Xfinity but Xfinity support can only tell me, that they don't see the device delivered yet. I have already confirmed via USPS it was delivered. How do I get confirmation that my phone is in their possession so I don't need to fight for my trade in credit after the deadline. This phone was delivered 3 days ago after 2 weeks in transit which means there was plenty of time for the tracking to update on Xfinity's side.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
